About the Event

Invest in time for yourself. Grab a complimentary wine at the bar and be in for a fun night painting your own masterpiece. Anna Fox - teacher and artist who runs The Creative Place will take you step by step through creating a work of art, with room left for individual expression and interpretation. This is the last one for the year and we are painting Mauao in Summer. It is a gorgeous one to end the year on and will leave everyone ready for summer holidays! 

There are two for one desserts at Papa Mo's and they offer a delicious range of food and drink to choose from.

What can I expect at this wine and paint night?

Painting, wine, friends and fun! Drinks are available at the bar, along with Papa Mo's menu of delicious food. It would be good to arrive from 6:45 onwards, so that you have time to order before the class starts. Anna will be taking you through creating the featured painting, step by step. Although, if you would like to add your own creative flare to your own work, that is completely ok and encouraged, as well. This wine and painting night is fun and relaxed; free of judgement. It is about investing in yourself and taking time to do something for yourself. Anna will also be taking photographs through the night to post on social media.



Is this event R18?

Yes, all public events that I host at bars or restaurants are all age restricted to R18 and over.



Will I receive a ticket and need to bring it to the event?

Yes, you will receive a ticket via email that you are welcome to print out, but you do not need to print out. Upon arrival, you can show me the ticket on your phone, or in hard copy. This is how I will check you in to the event.



What should I wear?

Aprons are provided to avoid getting your clothes dirty. However, a splash or two of paint can sometimes manage to find its way onto your clothes. So, it is best to wear things that you wouldn't mind that happening to.



What is your no-show/cancellation policy?

Sorry, but no-shows will not be rescheduled. All tickets sold are done so on a no refund, exchange or cancellation basis. You agree to these conditions when a purchase is made. Please ensure all details are correct at the time of purchase so no problems arise.



is The Creative Place available to do wine and paint nights for smaller groups or corporate events?
